Order Size: New orders have no minimum. All prices are based on the quantity of each order - the larger the quantity, the better the price per unit.

Digitizing Charges: The fee to digitize new artwork is $50 per design (limit 6,000 stitches) with camera ready artwork. Note that large artwork (for example, artwork for the back of a jacket) may run as high as $200 to digitize due to complexity and stitch count. High resolution jpeg files work well if you wish to submit your artwork electronically.

Hourly Rate: $30/hour for additional artwork digitizing.

Embroidered Names: Individual names for caps or chest are $5/line of embroidery with a maximum of 12 characters per line.

Cap Design Size: Design size on caps is a maximum of 2.25” tall by 4.25” wide. Design size for visors is 1.5" tall by 4.25" wide. (6,000 stitches standard.)

Cancellation Charges: 15% of each order. No cancellation is possible for items that have been embroidered.
